About the CO-OP
Are you a Freshman, Junior, or Senior at your school? After working for KSA as a youth soccer coach during the Spring and Summer seasons we can offer you a CO-OP for one entire school year.

The coach's responsibilities are:
- Set up the soccer fields.
- Sign in the players at the designated school 15 minutes before the program begins.
- Take attendance and review it with the school administration.
- Deliver soccer instructions.
- Sign players out at the end of the session.
- Collect the equipment.
A coach can work as a lead coach up to 5 days a week, managing several schools per day. The pay is $ 18.5/20 per hour, and each session is paid 1. 5 hour ( $ 27.5 or $ 30).
To be eligible to work the coach must:
- pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check,
- have reliable transportation.
Some experience with and passion for working with this age group is necessary, and soccer playing and coaching at a recreational or competitive level is highly recommended.
KSA will provide the coach with:
- Training (video tutorials and on-the-job guidance)
- Supervision on the Job.
- curriculum and lesson plan.
- Equipment.
- Seasonal coaching education meeting.
