Kicks Soccer Academy requires the coaching staff to obey the following Standards of Operation:

• must have experience coaching youth soccer 
• must be Background-checked 
• undergo Internal training 

Coach Gionatan Surrenti is the Kicks Soccer Academy Owner and Director. Born and bred in Italy, he has played competitive soccer until the age of 16 in Rome, Italy, and he has an extensive background in both the performing arts, notably in "CONTACT IMPROVISATION", a contemporary movement form that he has taught and performed in Europe and the USA for over 10 years from 1997 to 2009 and in HR consulting, notably outplacement and career coaching. He has been actively coaching recreational and competitive soccer in Louisville since 2011 and he’s currently coaching for the Lou City/Racing Junior Academy. Coach Gionatan holds a US Youth Soccer D coaching license. His purpose with KSA is to inspire, train, and prepare children and families for recreational and competitive soccer and instill a life-lasting love for the Game of soccer. 

Hello, my name is Sampson Burke Calloway. I am a junior and I played soccer at Ballard High School. I worked at a local soccer store and refereed soccer, and I love the sport.  My favorite soccer players are Eden Hazard and Paul Pogba. I like to coach children in the After School Program to help grow the next generation of players and grow their love for the sport.

Hello, my name is Clara Creg! I currently play soccer at Racing Academy. I am also committed to playing for Spalding University. I have been playing soccer since I was 2 and I would love to pass the joy of soccer onto the younger kids. I love coaching soccer because of the connections I get to make with the kids at each school and creating a fun environment to learn new skills!

Hello! My name is Patrick Hester. I am a junior at Saint Xavier High School and I play soccer for my school team. I also play soccer with the 2007 Louisville City Club team. My favorite soccer players are Lionel Messi and Kevin De Bruyne! I used to watch them play growing up and they helped me get into the game of soccer. I am very excited to work with Kicks Soccer Academy and I love that I have a chance to inspire and teach kids the sport I love. Hey! My name is Joe Jessop. 

I am originally from Lincoln, England. I played at St Catharine College (NAIA) and graduated in 2017. 

I am the LouCity/Racing Oldham Director and have my USSF C Licence, and I am currently doing my B Licence. My favorite soccer players growing up were David Beckham and Zinedine Zidane. 

I like to coach youth players so I can pass on my passion for the game, and help grow the next generation of soccer players in the Louisville area.

Hi! My name is Ella Kaylor. I’m a freshman at DuPont Manual High School and play for my school team and the 2008 Racing Academy team. Hi, I’m Eli Owen. I’m 17 years old and a junior at Collegiate. Soccer has been one of the most important things in my life since I was born and I can’t begin to describe the joy that soccer brings me. My favorite player is Leon Bailey and my favorite team is Aston Villa. My main goal as a member of the KSA team is to transfer at least some of that joy to the young children I have the privilege of coaching.
